Could not agree more. Leadership has almost vanished. In my own company, The Iceni Groupl, LLC, a Project /Program Mangegement consulting firm, we teach the there should be no Project Managers but Project Leaders. Look after your team and success belongs to the team, failure is on the leader. It's how I came up and hope to inspire more to to do the same. Leaders will get us through the tough times.
