Good article, I have been accused of having the work spouses as well, and agree they were just friends, we did not call each other that. There are bound to be some friendships that are closer than others at work, even socially, but agree that your spouse is your best friend and your sppouse. That said I have also had several "work children" newbies I mentored and heklped along, Still haven't decided if that is a bad label or not.
