Good list, I especilly like the team succeeded, and I failed, as that is what I have always done. There should be list of things an emplyee should never tell a boss. Related to this list is the "i don't care" I had a really good boss that if you you rushed into his office he would stop you and say :convince me that I care" gently of course, but message received. but you are right a boss should never say "i don't care" because she might.
