Nicely done on addressing the real problem. while a supporter of individualism, I also go out of my way to help when I can knowing that I might need help at some point as well. I was one of the lucky ones in Texas, didn't lose power or water, but again, I think it is the rich looking after themselves and damning the poor to fend for themselves,
